Backrest Cover and Cushion, Removing and Installing

Backrest Frame, Separating Cover and Upholstery







1 - Backrest
Removal:
- Remove seat.
- Remove backrest.
- Remove headrest.
- Remove headrest guides.
- Remove backrest cover panel.
- Pry out lower grip channels - 3 - (3x).
- Disengage side grip channels - 2 - (2x).
- Remove backrest frame.
- Remove side airbag.
- Pry out plastic tabs - 4 - (5x).
- Remove upholstery with cover.

Installing:
Installation is reverse of removal.

2 - Side fastening strips (2x)
3 - Lower fastening strips (3x)
4 - Plastic tabs (Qty. 5)

Separating Cover from Upholstery







1 - Cover
Removal:

- Lever out grip channels - 4 - from plastic clips - 3 - using a screwdriver.

Installing:
Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:
- Replaced damaged plastic clips.

3 - Plastic clips
- Replace if damaged

4 - Fastening strips
