Standard Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery, Removing and Installing

Seat Pan, Separating Cover and Upholstery







1 - Cover and upholstery
Removal:

- Remove seat: Vehicles until 10.04, vehicles from 11.04.
- Remove side trim on sill side.
- Remove side trim on tunnel side.
- Remove the backrest.
- Remove bolts - 3 - (2x).
- Remove bracket - 2 -.
- Disconnect connector for seat heater - 7 -.
- Remove clip - 4 -.
- Pry out grip channels - 5 - all around.
- Disengage tab - 6 -.
- Remove cover and upholstery - 1 -.

Installing:
Installation is reverse of removal.
- For vehicles with LATCH "Lower Anchor and Tethers for Children" bracket and new cover - 1 -, cover must be cut in at LATCH "Lower Anchor and Tethers for Children" bracket.

7 - Seat heating connector

Separating Seat Pan Cover from Upholstery







1 - Cover
Removal:

- Pry out grip channels - 3 - from plastic clips - 2 - using a screwdriver.
- Remove cover - 1 -.
- For vehicles with LATCH "Lower Anchor and Tethers for Children" bracket and new cover - 1 -, cover must be cut in at LATCH "Lower Anchor and Tethers for Children" bracket Cover for LATCH "Lower Anchor and Tethers for Children" bracket, cutting.

Installing:
Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

- Replaced damaged plastic clips.
- Press in first the plastic clips of transverse beam.
