Sports Seat Heating Element, Removing and Installing

Removing

- Remove seat.
- Remove the backrest.
- Remove cover and padding from seat pan.







- Cut section - A - from old heating element - 1 -.
- Remove cable - 2 -.
- Cut off cables - 4 - (2x) at - B - positions (4x).

Installing







- Align heating element - 1 - on seat surface, remove protective foil and glue heating element to cushion.
- Insert cable - 2 - into designated opening - 3 -.
- Lay wire connections without crossing into bottom of openings at positions - 4 -.







- Lay right and left wire connections into opening - arrow -.

With improper routing, wire connection may wear through and the seat depth adjustment may be "hooked" during adjustment.
