Removing
- Remove headrest with insertion lock.







- Pry fastening strips - 3 - (4x) out with a screwdriver.
- Remove button - 2 -.
- Remove cover and upholstery - 1 -.







- Remove cushion - 2 - out of cover - 3 -.

Installing
- Insert cushion - 2 - with proper fit in cover - 3 -.
- Insert headrest mount - 1 - in upholstery with cover.
- Press retaining strips firmly in guide channel (test by pulling).
