Backrest Cover and Padding with Pass-Through

Removing

- Remove the seat bench. Refer to => [ Bench Seat ] Bench Seat.

- Remove the backrest. Refer to => [ Backrest ] Backrest.

- Remove the headrests. Refer to => [ Headrest ] Headrest.

Right 2/3 Section of Backrest with Pass-Through:

- Remove the center armrest with the pass-through cover. Refer to => [ Center Armrest with Pass-Through Cover ] Center Armrest With Pass-Through Cover.

- Remove the cover frame. Refer to => [ Cover Frame ] Cover Frame.

Continuation for Left and Right Backrest:






- Remove the retainer trim. Refer to:

• => [ Lock Trim, without Lock Cylinder ] Lock Trim, Without Lock Cylinder.

• => [ Lock Trim, with Lock Cylinder ] Lock Trim, With Lock Cylinder.

- Remove headrest guide. Refer to => [ Headrest Guide ] Headrest Guide.

- Unclip the plugs - 2 -.

1 Cover
2 Plugs
3 Inner bracket

- Pry the upper retaining channel - 1 - out of the backrest shell - 3 -.






- Remove the molding - 2 - from the sides and bottom of the backrest shell - 3 -.

Right 2/3 Section of Backrest with Pass-Through:






- Pry off molding - 1 - and - 3 - in backrest pass-through - 2 -.

Continuation for Left and Right Backrest:

- Pry the cover over the inner bracket.

- Pry the cover over the outer bracket.

- Guide the release cable with the connector station through the slit in the cover.

- Remove the cover with upholstery from the backrest shell.

Installing






Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install headrest guide with button at left.

- Make sure the button - 2 - moves easily after installing the trim.
