Sunroof Operation Frame





1 Sunroof frame

- When installing, secure frame - 4 - with combination screws- 3 - from front center beginning with left and right towards rear.

• After installing frame, slide water drain hose on completely.

2 Rear water drain hose

3 Combination screw

• 8 Nm

4 Nuts

• 8 Nm

5 Front water drain hose

6 Sunroof motor

Removing

- Remove headliner.

- Disconnect electrical connection - arrow - on motor





- Disconnect water drain hoses - arrow - at front and rear on frame.





- Remove nuts and bolts - arrows -.





• A second technician is required to remove frame with sunroof operation.

- Remove frame with sunroof operation.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:

• Replace self-locking nuts and screws when assembling.

- Install the frame and sunroof into the body and tighten it hand-tight on the left and right sides.

- Align the centering holes on the sunroof frame at the front - arrow -.





- and rear - arrow - to cover.





- Tighten nuts and bolts in the designated sequence.

• Front center, side, rear

- Adjust glass sunroof panel. Refer to => [ Sunroof Panel, Adjusting ] Sunroof.
