Ribbed Belt Pulley, without Freewheel

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Socket (3310)

• 8 mm Hex Socket or T50 TORX

Removing





- Remove the generator.

- If present, press the protective cap off the generator pulley.

- Counter hold the nut using the (3310) and rotate the generator shaft clockwise to loosen it.

- Remove the pulley.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Turn the generator shaft counterclockwise to tighten.

- Clip the protective cap onto the pulley.
