Rear Lid Lock and Lock Cylinder

Assembly overview





1 - Trunk lid lock

• Removing:

• Lid trim removed.

• Electrical harness connector disconnected.

• Release cable - 8 - disengaged.

• Remove nuts - 3 - and pull out lid lock.

• Installation:

• Engage lock cylinder release cable into lock.

• Insert lock and tighten nuts - 3 - to 8 Nm.

• Establish electrical connection.

2 - Electrical harness connector

• Pull off when removing lid lock.

3 - Hex nut

• 8 Nm.

4 - Rear lid trim

• Removing

5 - Latch cover

• Clipped in trim.

6 - Lock cylinder

7 - Hex bolts

• 8 Nm

8 - Cable
