Backrest Heating Element

• Backrest heating element of center section is riveted to cover. If heating element is malfunctioning, cover must be replaced.

- Remove seat => [ Seat ] Power Memory Front Seats.

- Mount the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136) on the engine and transmission holder (VAS 6095).

- Attach the front seat to the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136).

- Remove the backrest => [ Front Backrest ] Power Memory Front Seats.

- Remove cover and cushion of backrest => [ Front Seat Cushion and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats ] Front Seat Cushion and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats.

- Replace cover with backrest heating element.
