Multimedia Control Module

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

It is not necessary to remove the rear DVD changer (R162).

- Open left luggage compartment storage bin.

- Move the rear DVD changer to the side inside the luggage compartment.

- Unclip the noise insulation - 1 - and move the bracket and rear DVD changer - 5 - all the way into the luggage compartment.





- Remove the screws - 2 - and - 4 - (3 Nm) from the multimedia system control module (J650) - 3 -.

- Disconnect the connectors from the multimedia system control module - 3 -.

- Remove the multimedia system control module - 3 - from the bracket - 5 -.

Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.
