5 Sill Panel Molding

• Removal:

- Remove the front and rear covers.

- Remove the screws - 7 - and remove the sill panel molding with a second technician.

• Installing:

- The sill panel molding must be aligned using a level when the vehicle is standing on all four wheels and then attached with the screws.

- Install the front and rear covers.

6 Spacer Sleeve

• Depending on the vehicle equipment level.

7 Bolt

• 20 Nm

8 Threaded Clip

9 Rear Cover

Replacing The Sill Panel Molding Insert






1 Insert

• Warm the insert with a hot air gun to make it easier to remove it.

• Removal cannot be done without destroying.

• Remove any remaining adhesive before installing.

• Peel off the protective film from the tape.

2 Sill Panel Molding

• It is not necessary to remove the sill panel molding in order to remove and install the inserts.

3 Double Sided Adhesive Tape

4 Adhesive Locations

• If a special adhesive is supplied wit the Original replacement part, then the inserts must be glued at the locations shown.
