Mirror Housing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pry Lever (80-200)






1 Mirror Housing

• Remove mirror glass.

• Remove adjusting motor.

• Remove combination screws - 4 -.

• Release housing from locking tabs on mirror adjusting unit - 5 - and remove it sideways and upward.

2 Mirror Base

3 Mirror Glass

• Use special tool 80-200 (pry lever) to unclip.

• Protect mirror housing against damage using textile tape above and below.

• Press mirror lens first downward, then upward.

• To install mirror lens into guide pins and friction finger, insert into friction spring and press on.

• Apply pressure only on center of glass, wear protective gloves while doing so.

4 Combination Screw

• 1 Nm.

5 Adjusting Unit With Motor

• Motor can be removed after removing mirror glass.

Housing Locking Mechanism





• When installing, ensure catches - arrows - in housing engage.

• Removed

2 Side Turn Signals

• Remove screws - 3 -.

• Disengage light strip - arrow A - on housing and remove in direction of arrow.

3 Bolt

• 1 Nm
