Removing

- Remove seat pan cover:

• Manual seat, refer to => [ Seat Pan Cover and Padding ] Seat Pan Cover and Padding.

• Memory seat, power seat, refer to => [ Seat Pan Cover and Padding ] Seat Pan Cover and Padding.

- Cut wire - 2 - off of old heating element - 1 -.






Installing

- Align new heating element - 1 - on seat padding.

- Remove protective foil and attach heating element to padding surface.

- Route connecting wires at locations - 3 - in bottom of gaps, avoiding crossover.

• It is attached over old heating element.
