1 Hose Clamps
2 Coolant Hose, Supply
• Removing and installing from coolant pipes in left rear wheel housing, refer to => [ Pass-Through for Coolant Hoses and Refrigerant Lines To Rear Wheel Housing ] Pass-Through for Coolant Hoses and Refrigerant Lines To Rear Wheel Housing.
• Incorporation of A/C system into cooling circuit, refer to => [ Incorporation of Front HVAC System into Cooling Circuit ] Incorporation of Front HVAC System Into Cooling Circuit.
3 Coolant Hose, Return
• Removing and installing from coolant pipes in left rear wheel housing, refer to => [ Pass-Through for Coolant Hoses and Refrigerant Lines To Rear Wheel Housing ] Pass-Through for Coolant Hoses and Refrigerant Lines To Rear Wheel Housing.

4 Right Rear Vent Temperature Sensor (G406)
• Installed in rear air duct channel, removing and installing, refer to => [ Right and Left Rear Vent Temperature Sensors (G405) and (G406) ] Right and Left Rear Vent Temperature Sensors (G405) and (G406).
5 Right Rear Air Door Motor (V240)
• With Right Rear Air Door Position Sensor (G390).
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Right Rear Air Door Motor ] Right Rear Air Door Motor (V240).
6 Pass-Through For Coolant Hoses And Refrigerant Lines
• Remains inside vehicle when removing rear heating & A/C unit.
• Check that coolant hoses are installed correctly, refer to => [ Incorporation of Front HVAC System into Cooling Circuit ] Incorporation of Front HVAC System Into Cooling Circuit.
• Removing and installing, removing and installing refrigerant lines, refer to => [ Pass-Through for Coolant Hoses and Refrigerant Lines To Rear Wheel Housing ] Pass-Through for Coolant Hoses and Refrigerant Lines To Rear Wheel Housing.
7 Coupling Rod
• Mark before removing (risk of interchange).
8 Right Rear Temperature Door Motor (V314)
• With Right Rear Temperature Door Position Sensor (G392).
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Right Rear Temperature Door Motor (V314) ] Right Rear Temperature Door Motor (V314).
9 Screw
10 Screw
• Tightening specification 10 Nm
11 Screw
• Tightening specification 10 Nm
12 O-ring
• Replace per Electronic Parts Catalog.
• Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing, refer to => [ Refrigerant Circuit O-Rings ] Refrigerant Circuit O-Rings.
13 O-ring
• Replace per Electronic Parts Catalog.

14 Refrigerant Line
• High pressure side.
15 O-ring
• Replace per Electronic Parts Catalog.

16 Refrigerant Line
• Low pressure side.
17 O-ring
• Replace per Electronic Parts Catalog.

18 Rear Fresh Air Blower Control Module (J391)

• Ensure the correct allocation using Electronic Parts Catalog.
• Checking function using Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 in "Guided Fault Finding" function.
19 Condensation Water Drain With Valve

22 Left Rear Temperature Door Motor (V313)
• With Left Rear Temperature Door Position Sensor (G391).

23 Coupling Rod
• Mark before removing (risk of interchange).
24 Rear Fresh Air Blower (V80)

• Ensure the correct allocation using Electronic Parts Catalog.
• Checking function using Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 in "Guided Fault Finding" function.
25 Rear Heater Core
• Remove and install with the A/C unit installed, refer to => [ Heater Core ] Heater Core.
• Bonded foam seal, check before installing, refer to => [ Heater Core ] Heater Core.
• Pre-bleed rear cooling circuit when installing, refer to => [ Heater Core ] Heater Core and bleed after installing, refer to => [ Coolant System, Bleeding ] Coolant System, Bleeding.
26 Wiring Harness Of Rear Heating & A/C Unit
27 Left Rear Air Door Motor (V239)
• With Left Rear Air Door Position Sensor (G389).
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Left Rear Air Door Motor (V239) ] Left Rear Air Door Motor (V239).
28 Left Rear Vent Temperature Sensor (G405)
• Installed in rear air duct channel, removing and installing, refer to => [ Right and Left Rear Vent Temperature Sensors (G405) and (G406) ] Right and Left Rear Vent Temperature Sensors (G405) and (G406).
