Condition

- The left or right Bang & Olufsen acoustic lens tweeter assembly does not slide in or out of the dashboard.

- DTC 03016 (Right Front Treble Speaker Motor -V345-) or DTC 03017 (Left Front Treble Speaker Motor - V344-) is stored in the Bang & Olufsen Amplifier.

Technical Background

Mechanical blockage.

Production Solution

Adjusted motor's worm wheels spindle.

Service Replace

the affected acoustic lens tweeter.
