Removing





Proceed as follows:

- Remove the right fuel tank cover => [ Fuel Tank Covers ] Fuel Tank Covers.

- Remove the front noise insulation => [ Front Noise Insulation ] Front Noise Insulation.

- Remove bolts - arrows -.

- Remove the drain tube- 2 - downward.

Installing

• Tightening specifications => [ Fuel Filler Door, Insert, and Emergency Release Assembly Overview ] Fuel Filler Door, Insert, and Emergency Release Assembly Overview.

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Guide the drain tube - 3 - into the drain pipe - 2 - as far as dimension - a -.

• Dimension - a - = approximately 70 mm.

- Guide the drain tube out between the noise insulation - 1 - and the sill panel.

- Tighten the drain tube on the body and check dimension - b -.

• Dimension - b - = approximately 20 mm.

- Adjust dimension - b - if necessary.

- Install the front noise insulation => [ Front Vehicle Underbody Cover ] Front Vehicle Underbody Cover.

- Install the right fuel tank cover => [ Fuel Tank Covers ] Fuel Tank Covers.
