Removing





Proceed as follows:

• Lay cloths under the cover grille to protect it.

- Pull the spray nozzle telescoping section out of the bumper cover as far as the stop and hold it in the extended position with pliers.

- Spread the spray nozzle cover side walls - 1 - - arrows - and carefully disengage the cover side walls from the retaining pins - 2 -.

- Remove front bumper cover.=> [ Front Bumper Cover ] Front Bumper Cover.

- Depending on the construction, the upper right air intake grille mounting hooks - 1 - may be welded to the bumper cover. If they are, separate the welded connection.





- Release the mounting hooks - arrows - and remove the left air intake grille forward out of the bumper cover.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Weld the mounting hooks, e.g. with a soldering iron.

- Install the front bumper cover => [ Front Bumper Cover ] Front Bumper Cover.

- Install the spray nozzle cover.
