• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)





• Engine and Transmission Holder (VAS 6095)





• Fixture for Seat Repair (VAS 6136)









1 Retaining Clip

2 Seat Height Adjustment Handle Lever

• The illustration does not correspond to the construction style of the RS sport seat

3 Seat Height Adjustment Unit

Removal

- Remove the seat. Refer to => [ Seat ]. Seat

- Mount the (VAS 6136) on the (VAS 6095).

- Attach the front seat to the (VAS 6136).

- Remove backrest and front seat pan. Refer to => [ Front Backrest and Seat pan ]. Front Backrest and Seat Pan

- Remove nut - 5 -.

- Remove bolts - 7 - (quantity: 2).

- Remove the bolt - 4 -.

- Remove seat height adjustment unit - 3 - and retaining plate - 6 -.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Make sure the retaining plate - 6 - makes contact on backrest frame at - position of arrow -.

4 Bolt

• 8 Nm

5 Nut

• 12 Nm

6 Retaining Plate

7 Screws (Quantity: 2)

• 8 Nm
