Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim removal wedge (3409)

Removing





- Pry the shifter cover - 1 - out of the front center console control head (E641) - arrows - using the (3409).

- Remove the bolts - 1 - and - 3 - and pry the trim - 2 - out of the center console - arrows - with the (3409).





- Remove the sport program button (E541) - 1 - from the selector lever - 2 - from underneath - arrow -.





- Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install the center console trim.
