Foot Rest, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required







- Torque wrench V.A.G 1410

Removing

- Remove lower A pillar trim.







- Remove nut - 1 -.
Tightening torque: 4 Nm

- Press foot rest - 2 - upward and remove.

Installing

- Installation is reverse of removal.

Foot Rest Bracket, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required







- Torque wrench V.A.G 1410

Removing

- Remove support.
- Fold up floor mat in area of support bracket.
- Remove nut - 4 - (2x).
Tightening torque: 4 Nm

- Remove foot rest bracket - 3 -.

Installing

- Installation is reverse of removal.
