Right Impact Member Mount

Removing

Proceed as follows:

- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to => [ Bumper Cover ] Bumper Cover.

- Remove the side impact bar. Refer to => [ Impact Member ] Impact Member.

- Mark the installation position of the mount to the lock carrier for installation later.

- Remove the bolts - arrows -.






- Remove the locating bolt - 1 -.

- Remove the impact member mount - 2 - on the lock carrier.

Installing

• For the correct tightening specifications, refer to => [ Impact Member Overview ] Impact Member Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Tighten the impact member mount according to the marking made during removal.

- Install the impact member. Refer to => [ Impact Member ] Impact Member.

- Install the front bumper cover. Refer to => [ Bumper Cover ] Bumper Cover.
