Memory Stop

Removing

- Release the seat forward/back adjuster.

- Slide the front seat all the way back.

- Unlatch the front seat using the entry assistance handle.

- Fold the backrest forward and move the seat all the way forward at the same time.

- Remove the rear seat bolt on the tunnel side => [ (Item 15) Screws ] Manual Front Seat Overview.

- Press the rocker - arrow A - on the memory stop in the direction of the - arrow - and release it.






- Remove the memory stop - 1 - from the seat rail - 2 - toward the rear by tipping it slightly toward the tunnel.

Installing






- If the memory stop has been replaced, clean this area of the seat rail to remove any residue of the previous memory stone.

- Install the memory stop into the seat rail - 1 - by slightly tipping it toward the tunnel.

- Engage the memory stop in the back catch - arrow -.

- Tighten the rear seat bolt on the tunnel side => [ (Item 15) Screws ] Manual Front Seat Overview.

- Tilt the backrest back while sliding the seat all the way back (entry assistance).

- Release the seat forward/back adjuster and slide the front seat into the desired position.

• It is not necessary to adjust the memory seat separately.
