2 Bonded Rubber Bushing

3 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (Via)

• Installed location: at right front in engine compartment below the longitudinal member

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (Via) ] Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (Via)

• Checking in Guided Functions using vehicle diagnostic tester

4 Bolt

• 9 Nm

5 Spring Nut

6 Secondary Air Hose

• From air filter housing

7 Bolt

• 9 Nm

8 Gasket

• Replace

9 Bolt

• 9 Nm

10 Connecting Pipe

• To right cylinder head

11 Bolt

• 9 Nm

12 Gasket

• Replace

13 Vacuum Hose

• To the right secondary air injection combination valve

14 Right Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

• Installed location: Back of right cylinder head

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves with Vacuum Control, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves With Vacuum Control, Checking For Function and Leaks

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Right Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve ] Right Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

15 Bolt

• 9 Nm

16 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve (N112)

17 Vacuum Line

• To the intake manifold

18 Vacuum Line

• To AIR combi-valves

19 Bracket

• For AIR Solenoid Valve

20 Secondary Air Hose

• To AIR combi-valves

21 Left Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

• Installed location: back of left cylinder head

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves with Vacuum Control, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves With Vacuum Control, Checking For Function and Leaks

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Left Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve ] Left Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

22 Vacuum Hose

• To the left secondary air injection combination valve

23 Gasket

• Replace

24 Bolt

• 9 Nm

25 Bolt

• 9 Nm

26 Connecting Pipe

• To the left cylinder head

27 Bolt

• 9 Nm

28 Gasket

• Replace

29 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pipe

• From secondary air injection (AIR) pump motor (Via) to AIR combi-valves

30 Bolt

• 9 Nm

31 Secondary

• To AIR combi-valves

32 Bracket

• For AIR pump motor
