Telephone Baseplate, Center Console

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim removal wedge (3409)

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Take telephone handset (R37) out of telephone baseplate (R126).

- Remove SIM card of telephone baseplate.





- Pry storage compartment at forward corners out of center console - arrow 1 - using (3409) and pull storage compartment forward - arrow 2 -.

- Disconnect harness connectors - 1 - and - 2 - and remove storage compartment.





- Remove bolts - 3 - (2 Nm) and remove telephone baseplate - 1 - upward from storage compartment - 2 -.





Installing

- Install in reverse order.
