1 - Retaining strip

2 - Cover and upholstery

• Removing

- Remove seat => [ Seat ] Power Memory Front Seats.

- Mount the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136) on the engine and transmission holder (VAS 6095).

- Attach the front seat to the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136).

- Remove side trim on sill side => [ Side Trim, Sill Side ] Power Memory Front Seats.

- Remove side trim on tunnel side => [ Side Trim, Tunnel Side ] Power Memory Front Seats.

- Remove front trim => [ Front Trim ] Power Memory Front Seats.

- Remove bracket for seat side panels => [ Seat Side Trim Bracket ] Power Memory Front Seats.

- Remove the backrest => [ Front Backrest ] Power Memory Front Seats.

- Pry fastening strip - 1 - out with a screwdriver.

- Disengage retainer - 5 - from brackets - 6 - (Qty. 2).

- Disengage clamping strips - 7 - (Qty. 3) from retainer - 5 -.

- Disengage eyelets - 4 - (Qty. 2) from retainer - 5 -.

- Guide tension wires - 4 - (Qty. 2) out of cover straps - 3 - (Qty. 2).

4 - Tension wires with eyelets (Qty. 2)

5 - Retainer

6 - Retainers (Qty. 2)

7 - Clamping strips (Qty. 3)





1 - Cover and upholstery

• Lift cover and upholstery - 1 -.

• Unclip retainers - 3 - (Qty. 2) from clips - 2 - (Qty. 2).

• Disconnect seat pan heater connector - 5 -.

• Disconnect connector of seat side bolster heater - 6 -.

• Remove cover and upholstery - 1 -.

• Guide retainers - 3 - (Qty. 2) out of cover straps - 4 - (Qty. 2).

• Installing

- Install cover and upholstery - 1 - in reverse order of removal.

4 - Cover straps (Qty. 2)

5 - Connector for seat pan heater

6 - Connector for seat side bolster heater
