Brake Caliper

• Do not loosen the bolts - 1 - to remove the brake caliper.





4 - Brake Caliper

• Do not hang on brake hose during necessary installation steps, but rather secure to body with wire.

10 - Bolt

• Always replace after removal

• 190 Nm.

11 - Brake Carrier

• Bolt to wheel bearing housing.

• Bolted with brake caliper.

• 190 Nm.

13 - Bracket Bolt

• 25 Nm

16 - Bracket for Brake Line

• Hook in brake line.

• Do not loosen the bolt - 1 - to remove the brake caliper.





Removing

- Remove the brake line bracket.

- Remove both bolts from the brake carrier - 10 -.

- remove brake caliper. The brake carrier - 11 - remains on the brake caliper.

Installing

- Installation is performed in reverse sequence.

• Make sure the brake hose is not twisted.


Make sure the brakes are working correctly before driving the vehicle for the first time.
