Seats and Luggage Compartment Lamps and Switches

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Rear Footwell Lamp

• On vehicles with LED footwell lamp, footwell lamp must be completely replaced if LED is malfunctioning.

Removing





- Use flat screwdriver to press in retainer tab - 2 - and lift out footwell lamp - 1 -.

- Unplug connector.

- Remove the bulb (12V, 5 W) from the socket on the rear of the footwell lamp.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Insert footwell lamp into opening and engage on opposite side.

Luggage Compartment Lamps

Removing





- Press in catch - 1 - using a flat screwdriver and pry out luggage compartment lamp - 2 -.

- Disconnect electrical connector - 3 -.

- Remove the bulb (12V, 5 W) from the socket on the rear of the luggage compartment lamp.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Insert luggage compartment lamp into opening and engage on opposite side.

Rear Lid Lock Button

Removing





- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Pry the rear lid lock button (E406) - item 2 - out of the rear lid trim - arrow - using a narrow screwdriver - 1 -.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order.

Trunk Lock/Alarm/Central Locking Switch

Trunk Lock/Alarm/Central Locking Switch (F124) is located in rear lid lock - arrow - and cannot be replaced separately if malfunctioning.





- Replace rear lid lock.
