6 HID Headlamp Control Module

• Left High-intensity Gas Discharge Lamp Control Module (J343)

• Right High-intensity Gas Discharge Lamp Control Module (J344)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ HID Headlamp Control Module (J343)/ ] HID Headlamp Control Module (J343)/(J344).

7 Screw

• 4.5 Nm

8 Housing Cover

• For the front turn signal

9 Front Turn Signal Lamp

• Left front turn signal lamp (M5)

• Right front turn signal lamp (M7)

• 12V, 21 W

• PY21W

• Bulb, replacing, refer to => [ Front Turn Signal Lamp Bulbs (M5)/(M7) ] Front Turn Signal Lamp Bulbs (M5)/(M7).

10 Lamp Socket

• For the front turn signal

11 Screw

• 4.5 Nm

12 Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor

• Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)

• Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V49)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49) ] Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49).

13 Screw

• 2 Nm

14 Housing Cover

• For gas discharge lamp

15 Screw

• 2 Nm

16 Gas-Discharge Lamp

• With integrated ignition coil

• Left high intensity gas discharge (HID) lamp (L13)

• Right high intensity gas discharge (HID) lamp (L14)

• 35 W, D1S

• Bulb, replacing, refer to => [ HID Headlamp Bulbs (L13)/(L14) ] HID Headlamp Bulbs (L13)/(L14).

17 Screw

• 4.5 Nm

18 Impact Screw

• For aligning headlamp housing to contour of chassis.

• Must rest against lock carrier.

19 Adjusting Nut

• For adjustment of headlamp to bumper contour.

• 4.5 Nm

Tightening Specification, Headlamp Housing Repair Set





- Tighten the bolts - 2 - and - 4 - to 6 Nm.
