Power Door Lock Switch: Service and Repair

Interior Locking Buttons (E308)/(E309)

Removing

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove front door trim.

- Remove insulation mat in upper area from door trim.

- Release retaining clips - arrows - and press interior locking button - 1 - out of door trim.






- Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Press interior locking button into switch mount until retaining hooks engage.

- Install front door trim.
