Air Intake Housing With Fresh/Recirculating Air Door

Removing

- Remove the instrument panel and the instrument panel crossmember.

- Remove the heater. Refer to => [ Heater Unit ] Heater Unit.

- Remove bolts - A -.






- Remove the cover - B -.

- Disconnect connector - C -.






- Disengage air intake housing - D - from heater.

Installing

Reinstall all removed components in the opposite sequence while observing the following:

- When attaching air intake housing, make sure mounting points - E - and - F - are seated correctly.

- Install the wiring harness so that it cannot come in contact with any moving parts (for example, the actuating arm of the control motor).
