Mirror Adjusting Unit Mount Cover

Removing

- Remove the exterior rearview mirror housing. Refer to => [ Exterior Rearview Mirror Housing ] Exterior Rearview Mirror Housing.

- Remove the bolts - 2 - and - 3 -.






- Disengage the tabs and hooks - arrows A -.

- Push the cover - 1 - down enough so that the tabs disengage and then release the hooks - 4 - - arrow B -.

- Remove the cover on the mirror adjustment unit bracket.

Installation

• For the correct tightening specifications, refer to => [ Exterior Mirror Overview, Vehicles from June 2009 ] Exterior Mirror Overview, Vehicles From June 2009.

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Install the exterior rearview mirror housing. Refer to => [ Exterior Rearview Mirror Housing ] Exterior Rearview Mirror Housing.
