Removing

- Remove rear ashtray - 4 -. Refer to => [ Rear Ashtray ] Rear Ashtray.

Vehicles with Rear Storage Compartment In Center Console:

- Remove rear storage compartment - 5 -. Refer to => [ Rear Storage Compartment ] Rear Storage Compartment.

Vehicles with Switch Mount with Left/Right Rear Heated Seat Control in Center Console

• Not shown in the illustration.

- Remove switch mount with left/right rear heated seat control. Refer to => [ Mount with Left and Right Rear Heated Seat Control Module ] Mount with Left and Right Rear Heated Seat Control Module.

All

- Remove the bolt - 3 -.

- Remove center armrest - 2 - from parking brake lever with internally threaded pop rivet - 6 -.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Place center armrest - 2 - correctly in mount on parking brake lever - 6 -.

6 Parking Brake Lever with Internally Threaded Pop Rivet
