Fastener Tightening Specifications






Bevel Box Bracket for Vehicles with 4-Cylinder, 2.0L TFSI - Tightening Specification and Sequence






- Tighten bolts in 3 stages as follows:

1. Install and tighten the bolts - 1 - hand-tight.

2. Tighten the bolts - 2 - to 40 Nm.

3. Tighten the bolts - 1 - to 40 Nm.

- Tighten bolts in 4 stages as follows:

1. Install bolts - 1 - and - 2 - hand tight.

2. Tighten bolts - 1 - to 3 Nm.

3. Tighten bolts - 2 - to 40 Nm.

4. Tighten bolts - 1 - to 40 Nm.
