Wiper Arm, Adjusting

Procedure






- Position the wiper arm with the wiper blade installed at the wiper axis and align the wiper blade at the rear window as follows:

• Dimension - a - = 19 + 5 mm.

• Dimension is the gap between the tip of the wiper blade and the lower edge of the window.

- Tighten the wiper arm nut.

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Wiper and Motor Overview ] Wiper and Motor Overview.

- Turn on the ignition.

- Activate the "rear wipe" and let the wiper arm run to the end position.

- Check the adjustment of the wiper arm again, correct if necessary.
