Removing
• Install all cable ties that were loosened or cut off during removal in the same positions.
- Remove cooler => [ Cooler ] Cooler.
- Pull off thermostat rotary handle - 1 -.
• Use universal pliers if it is difficult to pull off the rotary handle.
• Wrap ends of pliers to prevent damage to rotary handle.
- Remove nut -1- and bolts - arrows -.
- Remove panel - 2 - with cooler lid.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors -1 through 4-.
- Disconnect electrical harness connectors - 1 - and -4-.
- Carefully pull capillary tube - 3 - out of cooler housing - arrow - and remove thermostat - 2 -.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:
• Ensure that capillary tube is not kinked or damaged.
• Thermostat must be replaced if capillary tube is kinked or damaged.
• All cable ties should be re-installed in same positions.
- Slide capillary tube - 3 - approximately 66 cm far into drilling.
- Ensure that locating tab on thermostat - 2 - engages into drilling on panel - 1 - - arrows -.
