Interior Door Lighting Strip

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim removal wedge (3409)

Removing





- Remove the door trim panel.

- Disconnect electrical connectors - 1 - and - 2 -.

- Remove bolts - arrows - and remove door opener.

- Disconnect electrical connector - 1 -.





- Carefully press lighting strip - 2 - out of back of door trim panel - arrow -.

- Carefully lift the lighting strip with (3409) - item 1 - from the retaining clips.





Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install door trim.
