Window Frame and Window Regulator





1 - Window frame

• Before removing, remove rear door trim.

• Can only be removed when door window has been removed from window regulator and assembly carrier.

• When installing, follow bolt tightening sequence.

• When installing, screw in all bolts loosely first.

• Window frame height is already adjusted by collared shoulder bolts - 4 - and - 5 -.

• After inclination adjustment, tighten bolts in the sequence - 4 -; - 5 -; - 6 -; - 7 -; - 8 -; - 9 - and - 10 - to 32 Nm.

2 - Window

• Installed when assembling in window frame.

• To remove, assembly carrier and window frame must be removed.

3 - Driver for door window

• Socket head

• 32 Nm.

5 - Collared shoulder bolt

• Socket head

• 32 Nm.

6 - Torx(R) screw

• 32 Nm.

7 - Torx(R) screw

• 32 Nm.

8 - Flat head bolt

• 10 Nm

9 - Flat head bolt

• 10 Nm

10 - Flat head bolt

• 10 Nm

11 - Rear door.

Installing outer door seal





- To remove, unscrew lower bolt - 3 -.

- Unclip upper seal from door and pull off seal.

- Adhesion surface must be free of dust and grease.

- Before installing, clean adhesion surface on door - 1 - with D 009 401 04.

- To install, clip seal - 2 - into door at top first.

- Pull off protective foil from below until over area of impression.

- Bond seal in area of impression.

- Affix lower formed piece and bond on seal completely in lower area.

- Pull off remaining protective foil and bond on seal in upper area.

- Press seal firmly onto door.

- Bolt seal at bottom with bolt - 3 -.
