Bench Seat Cushion

• Seat cushion can be removed and installed when seat is installed.

Removing

- Create photos or sketches of wire securing and routing.

- Disconnect seat heater connectors. Refer to => [ Connectors, Connecting and Disconnecting ] Connectors, Connecting and Disconnecting.

- Remove LATCH caps - 2 -. Refer to => [ LATCH Cap, 2nd and 3rd Row Seats ] LATCH Cap, 2nd and 3rd Row Seats.






- Pull seat cushion - 1 - upward at front edge out of left and right mounting grommets - 5 -.






- Tip seat cushion - 1 - onto backrest - 2 -.

- Disengage seat cushion bracket - 4 - from left and right mounts - 3 -.

- Remove seat cushion - 1 - from vehicle.

Installation






Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Ensure seat cushion bracket - 4 - is engaged correctly in mount - 3 -.

The mounting grommets - 5 - must be replaced after removing seat cushion.

- Ensure front seat cushion - 1 - is engaged correctly in mounting grommets - 5 -.

- Connect connector to connector station. Refer to => [ Connectors, Connecting and Disconnecting ] Connectors, Connecting and Disconnecting.

- Route and secure wiring according to photos or sketches that were made.

- Clip wiring cable release into connector station.
