Installing

• Align exhaust system when cold.

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Muffler Overview ] Service and Repair.

- On a vehicle with air suspension, activate vehicle lift mode.

- Loosen the clamping sleeve threaded connections - arrows -.






- Press exhaust system forward - arrow - under the following tension dimensions are adjusted on the individual retaining loops:






• Front left retaining loop: Dimension - a - = 0.16 in.

• Rear left and right retaining loops: Dimension - a - = 0.39 in.






- Hold exhaust system in this position and tighten clamping sleeve bolts evenly.

• If all adjustment dimensions are not achieved, remove affected bracket from body and shift accordingly.

- Align the tail pipes. Refer to => [ Attach end pipe to rear muffler and align. ] Tailpipes.

- On a vehicle with air suspension, deactivate vehicle lift mode.
