Drive Plate with Overload Protection

- Remove compressor, refer to => [ Compressor ] Compressor.

Removing

- Remove bolts - A -.






• Use a commercially available band wrench (with webbed band) to counter-hold at drive plate - C -.

Installing

- Position drive plate with overload safeguard - B - onto drive plate - C -.

- Insert bolts - A - and tighten them by hand.

- Check run-out of drive plate - B -, refer to=> [ Drive Plate Run-Out with Overload Protection, Checking and Adjusting ] Adjustments.

- Tighten bolts - A - (tightening torque 10 Nm).

- Check run-out of drive plate - B - again, refer to => [ Drive Plate Run-Out with Overload Protection, Checking and Adjusting ] Adjustments.
