Removing






• In the illustration, Comfort System Central Control Module 2 (J773) - item 1 - and Comfort System Central Control Module (J393) - item 2 - are shown.

- If Comfort System Central Control Module 2 - item 2 - is replaced, select respective control module in "Guided Functions" of the Vehicle diagnostic tester.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

5-Seater






- Remove left and right luggage compartment trim..

- Remove luggage compartment cargo floor - 1 - upward - arrows -.

6-/7-Seater






- Remove right luggage compartment trim..

- Remove luggage compartment floor support - 1 - upward - arrows -.

All






- Release clips - arrows A - and remove Comfort System Central Control Module 2 - item 1 - from mount.

- Release securing clip - 2 - on connector in - direction of arrow B -.

- Disconnect electrical connector.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Secure electrical connector with securing clip.

- Install luggage compartment side trim..

- Open the left luggage compartment side trim panel.

- Disconnect the control module connectors.

- Remove nuts - arrows - and remove the control module.
