Seat Bench







Seat Bench

Removing

- Remove the luggage compartment cover and cargo tray. Refer to => [ Luggage Compartment Floor Covering Overview ] Luggage Compartment Floor Covering Overview.

- Remove the left and right tie-down retaining tracks (depending on the equipment level). Refer to => [ Tie-Down Eye Retaining Rail ] Tie-Down Eye Retaining Rail.

- Remove the left and right gap cover (depending on the equipment level). Refer to => [ Gap Cover ] Gap Cover.

or

- Remove the 4 tie-down eyes (depending on the equipment). Refer to => [ Tie-Down Eye With The Gap Cover ] Tie-Down Eye With The Gap Cover and remove the left and right gap covers from the vehicle.

- Remove seat cushion. Refer to => [ Seat Cushion ] Seat Cushion.

- Remove screws - 1 - (quantity: 4).







A second technician is needed to remove seat bench - 2 -.

Place pieces of cardboard or mats over the side trim and in the luggage compartment to prevent scratches or other damage when removing the seat bench!

- If necessary, push the guide rail mount retaining plate to the side so that it does not block the seat row during removal (optional equipment).

- Remove the seat bench - 2 - from the vehicle.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Clean nut threads before installing new screws.

- Insert new screws.

- Following screw installation sequence.






- Position screws - 1 - in sequence - A -, - B -, - C - and - D - and tighten to the specification in same sequence, refer to => [ (Item 1) Screw, Self-Locking ] 3rd Row Seat Overview.
