Coolant Hose Connection Diagram

Risk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant.

• When the engine is warm the cooling system is under pressure.

• To reduce pressure, cover coolant reservoir cap with cloth and carefully open.

• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

• Arrows on coolant pipes and coolant hoses must line up across from each other.






1 Radiator

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Radiator ] Radiator

• Replace coolant after replacing

2 Generator

3 Oil Cooler

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Oil Cooler ] Service and Repair

• Replace coolant after replacing

4 Cylinder Head/Cylinder Block

• Replace coolant after replacing

5 Coolant Expansion Tank

6 Cap

• Pressure relief valve in cap, checking => [ Pressure relief valve in cap,
checking ] Testing and Inspection

7 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (G62)

8 Throttle Valve Connection

9 From Heater Core

10 To Heater Core

11 Coolant Thermostat
