Removing

- Remove right headlamp..

- Remove right turn signal housing.

- Separate the electrical connector - 5 -.





- Remove hose - 3 - to secondary air injection combi-valve and hose - 2 - to upper section of air filter housing from Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump.

- Remove nuts - 1 - and - 4 - and remove Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump upward from bracket.

- Guide Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump forward out of turn signal housing bumper cut-out.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection System Version 2 Assembly Overview ] Secondary Air Injection System Version 2 Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

- Install right turn signal housing.

- Install right headlamp.
