Tire Pressure Monitoring System Component Overview





1 Left Front Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor (G222), Right Front (G223), Rear Left (G224) and Rear Right (G225)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body ] Service and Repair.

If tires that were not saved in the system are installed or the tire pressure sensors are replaced, the tire pressure monitoring system control module (J502) => [ (Item 4) ] must be recoded.

2 Right Front Tire Pressure Monitoring Antenna (R60)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Tire Pressure Monitoring Antenna ] Service and Repair.

Component location: On the right front longitudinal member on the outer side.

3 Right Rear Tire Pressure Monitoring Antenna (R62)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Tire Pressure Monitoring Antenna ] Service and Repair.

Component location: On the right rear longitudinal member on the outer side.

4 Tire Pressure Monitoring Control Module (J502)

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Tire Pressure Monitoring Control Module ] Service and Repair.

Component location: Behind the rear shelf (coupe) on the left side of the vehicle.

Component location: Behind the bulkhead trim (Spyder) on the left side of the vehicle.

If Tire Pressure Monitoring Control Module (J502) is replaced, system must be coded. Refer to => [ Control Module Access, Replacing or Coding with VAS 5051B ] Control Module Access, Replacing or Coding With VAS 5051B.

5 Display in Instrument Cluster

Diagnosis using Vehicle diagnostic, test and information system (VAS 5051 A).
