1 Fuel Supply Line

• Installed depending on version

• From the left rear suction jet pump to the fuel delivery unit

• Do not kink

• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

2 Suction Jet Pipe

• To the left suction jet pumps

• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

3 Fuel Supply Line

• From the left front suction jet pump to the fuel delivery unit

• Do not kink

• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

4 Wedge

• For tension strap in the center

5 Right Fuel Tank Chamber

• Ground connection for discharging static charge

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Right Fuel Tank Chamber with Attachments ] Right Fuel Tank Chamber With Attachments

6 Hose Clamp

• 3 Nm

• With spring element

7 Connecting Hose

• For fuel filler tube

8 Bolt

• 20 Nm

9 Fuel Filler Tube

• Ground connection for discharging electrostatic charge

• Ensure connector is seated securely

• After installation, check the electrical connection for the fuel filler tube to an empty place on the body using an Ohm meter; specified value: approximately 0 ohms

10 Vent Line

• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

11 Vent Line

• From gravity valve to EVAP canister

• Clipped to the body

• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

12 Right Tension Strap

13 Nut

• 20 Nm

14 Tension Strap in the Center

15 Nut

• 20 Nm

16 Left Tension Strap

17 Left Fuel Tank Chamber

• Ground connection for discharging static charge

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Left Fuel Tank Chamber with Attachments ] Left Fuel Tank Chamber With Attachments

18 Hose Clamp

• 3 Nm

• With Spring Element

• 4 pieces

19 Connecting Hose

• For fuel tank

Locking Flange Cover - Tightening Specifications





1. Bolt - 9 Nm

2. Locking flange cover

3. Seal - replace if damaged

Fuel Filler Tube Ground Connection





- Route the ground connection - 2 - as shown in illustration.

- Make sure the ground connection terminal is securely fastened to the metal ring - 1 - on the fuel filler tube.

CAUTION!
Risk of explosion due to electrostatic charge.

• After installing, check electrical connection on fuel filler neck metal ring to an empty spot on the body using an Ohm meter.

• Specified value: approximately 0 ohms.

Left Fuel Tank Chamber Ground Connection

- Make sure the ground connection terminal - arrow - for the left fuel tank chamber is securely fastened.





Right Fuel Tank Chamber Ground Connection

- Make sure the ground connection terminal - arrow - for the right fuel tank chamber is securely fastened.
