Fuel Fill Door Assembly Overview





1 - Positioning Motor for Fuel Filler Door

• Loosen bolts for motor clockwise.

• Tighten mounting bolts with 3mm outer hex head counterclockwise.

2 - Grommet

• Seal inserted in wheel housing at outside.

3 - Assembly Piece

• Slide in assembly piece in direction of arrow until it engages.

4 - Drain Hose

• Pull drain hose through rubber top until stop.

5 - Screw

• 1.5 Nm

6 - Fuel Filler Door Cup

• To remove, remove bolt - 5 - and pull out cup on bolt side first over tank filler neck.

• Then, pull cup out toward rear diagonally.

• To disassemble, disengage release first at actuator => [ Actuator ] and then pull upward and out.

Actuator





- To disassemble actuator - 5 -, loosen both mounting bolts (3 mm outer hex head) by turning clockwise.

- Pull actuator out of longitudinal holes.

- Disengage release at actuator - arrow -.

- For disassembly, pull release - 4 - with assembly piece - 2 - upward and out.

- Fuel filler door cup - 1 - removed.

- Fuel drain hose - 3 -.
