Headrest Adjustment Motor with Active Headrest Unit





1 Headrest adjustment motor with active headrest unit

- Remove seat. Seat

- Mount the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136) on the engine and transmission holder (VAS 6095).

- Attach the front seat to the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136).

- Remove top backrest cover. Upper Backrest Cover

- Remove bottom backrest cover. Lower Backrest Cover

- Remove backrest upholstery => [ Front Seat Cushion and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats ] Front Seat Cushion and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats.

- Using a drill, remove rivet - 3 - and spacer sleeve - 4 - on left and right sides.

- Disconnect harness connectors and wire on headrest adjustment motor - 1 -.

- Pull out headrest adjustment motor with active headrest unit - 1 - and shaft - 2 - downward.
