Belt Pulley Version 1

• Different versions of the pulley are installed, depending on compressor construction type and engine version.

• Pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing. Refer to => [ Compressor Pulley, Version 1 ] Service and Repair

• Belt pulley version "1" is installed on compressor of " 7 SEU 16" type.





1 Screw

• Replace

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

• Loosening and tightening, refer to => [ Compressor Pulley, Version 1 ] Service and Repair

2 Drive plate

• Different versions,

• Removing and installing, refer to=> [ Compressor Pulley, Version 1 ] Service and Repair

• Disengages with torque to high compressor produces friction

3 Circlip

• Replace

• Install on proper side level side to compressor

• Removing and installing, refer to=> [ Compressor Pulley, Version 1 ] Service and Repair

4 Belt pulley

• Rubber element of pulley disengages when torque is too-high compressor produces friction and pulley runs freely without driving the compressor.

• Different versions, .

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Compressor Pulley, Version 1 ] Service and Repair

• Under certain conditions rough engine idle, rubber element of pulley can disengage without a malfunction existing at compressor or in refrigerant circuit.

5 Compressor

• Different versions are installed, depending on engine version and country version of vehicle.

• Clean compressor flange before sliding on pulley.
