Condenser

Condenser is available in different versions with and without power steering oil cooler depending on vehicle model.

In vehicles with 6 cylinder. diesel engine, refrigerant lines - A - and - B - are secured at top and bottom of condenser.





Removed condenser contains refrigerant oil which must be restored to the refrigerant system.

The radiator and condenser may have small indentations on the fins even when installed correctly. It is not damage. Do not replace the radiator or condenser because of those small indentations.

Removing

- Drain the refrigerant circuit.

- Clamp off both hoses to the power steering oil cooler - D - and - E - with one Hose Clamp (3093) per hose and remove them from the compressor.





- Disconnect refrigerant lines from condenser. Refer to => [ Refrigerant Lines, Disconnecting and Connecting from Condenser ]. Refrigerant Lines, Disconnecting and Connecting From Condenser

- Disconnect connector - A - from High Pressure Sensor (G65).





- Remove bolts - B - and - C - (tightening torque 5 Nm).

- Remove condenser downward.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
